Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZenClips ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZenClips is a platform for sharing and downloading anime, movie, and car clips, including Twixtor's. Users can upload content and earn money based on engagement.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Account Requirements:

• You must be at least 13 years old
• One account per person
• No bots or automated accounts

4. Content Policy

You retain ownership of any content you upload to ZenClips. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content.

Prohibited Content:

• Copyrighted material you don't own
• Explicit or adult content
• Hate speech or harassment
• Violent or dangerous content

5. Download Policy

We have some policy's for downloading and download countings.

Downloading Terms:

• Downloads performed by the clip owner on their own uploads will not be counted as valid downloads.
• Automated downloads, use of bots, VPNs, or any artificial means of inflating downloads are strictly prohibited.
• Only genuine, unique user downloads will be eligible for statistics, rankings, or earnings.
• Any attempt to manipulate download counts may result in suspension, withholding of payouts, or permanent account termination.

6. Earnings Program

Our earnings program allows creators to monetize their content based on downloads. Payments are made weekly via UPI or other approved methods.

Earnings Terms:

• Minimum $2 balance for payout
• Downloads must be legit
• Fraudulent activity will result in account termination

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through discord or dashboard notifications.
